Commission: Sparkleworks n Pup

My first-ever real money commission! I'm pretty happy with it, considering it's not a scene I would have drawn otherwise. This was commissioned by someone at MLP Arena (not sure I should post the name) who wanted a drawing for her daughter with the pony Sparkleworks in a forest scene, and also incorporating other things her daughter liked, such as rainbows, butterflies, ribbons, Dalmatian puppies, etc. She said I didn't have to use all of those, and obviously, being a doggy lover, I went with the Dalmatian. ^_^ The final image sent to the customer has her daughter's name on it (in the "blobby" area on the right, between the trees), but I omitted that for upload here.

I used a reference pic for Sparkleworks' pose, and was inspired by backgrounds from an Italian MLP magazine for the background (although mine is dramatically different). Programs used were Paint Shop Pro 6, Paint Shop Pro 8 and Adobe Photoshop Elements.
